30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@zunigrove.com with your order number
  2. Provide a reason for the return
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  4. Package the item securely and ship it back to us

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return labels for eligible returns. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
